Michael Castelli is the Vice President of Strategic Corporate Development and Partnerships in Cooper General. His primary responsibility is to drive responsible and profitable revenue growth for Cooper General through the enhancement of current business partnerships, identifying and developing new clients as well as recommending new corporate growth channels.

Michael is a dynamic and authentic “multi-disciplined” leader, Michael has enjoyed a fulfilling and successful forty year career building national specialty retail and B2B businesses, from small beginnings to revenues into the $ billions. Throughout his career Michael has managed and developed territories with full P&L responsibilities eclipsing $1.6 billion in revenue, 1,650 retail stores and over 8,000 team members. Michael also has experience structuring, integrating and leading national B2B sales teams.

Michael studied Strategic Planning and Management in Retail at Babson College and has a BS in Management Information Systems from New York University – Polytechnic School of Engineering.  Michael is a published author of “Think Excellence” and is also a certified aircraft technician holding licences in both Airframe and Powerplant maintenance through the Federal Aviation Administration.  Michael also served as a board member for the Texas Arlington Women’s Shelter.
