Guillermo Vulcano serves as Vice President of Business Operations for Cooper General. In his current role Guillermo leads the operations team and is responsible for all the execution of corporate strategic initiatives, daily tactical initiatives, profit generation and customer satisfaction.

Guillermo possesses a strong technical background and, throughout his 18+ year career, has been an exceptional business leader within the telecommunication industry. Guillermo joined Cooper General in 2008 as a Technical Director and is highly experienced in project management, lean manufacturing, process re-engineering, enterprise change management, and cross-functional team execution.  To go along with this, Guillermo has exhibited exceptional talent directing and supervising team members.

Guillermo earned an Associate of Science as an Electronics Technician when residing in Argentina.  After relocating to the United States he completed a BBA in Leadership and Change Management, as well as, an MS in Engineering Management from Florida International University. To finalize his education, Guillermo completed a program of Management Excellence through the Harvard Business School.
